I like to research and try new recipes. Recently I bake everything with oats 🙂 Click here and here for oatmeal cookies. Today I want to share flapjack recipes. There are millions of recipes for flapjack. I have tried two so far – one with raspberries and another one with peanut butter.

Raspberry Flapjack

200g rolled oats

100g flaked almonds

150g raspberries

70g flour

1 egg

100g runny honey or agave syrup

Pre-heat oven to 180°C and line a tin with baking paper.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except raspberries) and pour into the baking tray. Press down, add raspberries on the top and bake for 25 mins. Let your flapjack cool down and you can decorate it with melted white chocolate.

You can use blueberries instead and decorate your flapjack with melted dark chocolate.
