Ultimate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Not everyone loves peanut butter. When I tried it first time, I was like… yuck! It just tasted terrible. Then, few years later, I tried Kit Kat peanut butter and I fall in love! I know the secret – combine chocolate with peanut butter… and it tastes like heaven for me!


Peanut butter is high in fat and calories, but it provides useful amounts of protein, B vitamins and minerals. Some commercial peanut butters are made with preservatives, stabilisers and added salt and sugar. If you want to avoid these ingredient, just check the label.


I would like to share my new recipe for Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie. You need only few ingredients to make this thick and creamy drink.



250 ml dark chocolate almond milk

250 ml coffee

3 spoons smooth peanut butter

50 g oats

2 bananas


Add oats to milk and leave to soak for 1 h. Prepare coffee and leave it to cool down. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
